La ubicación es perfecta. Esta casi sobre el foro Palatino, a 50 metros tienes una plataforma sobre ruinas espectaculares, el Coliseo esta a 400 mts. El departamento es interno, con ventanas y un balcón a un jardín interno precioso. Es muy silencioso. Las camas son cómodas. Cocina completa. Tiene 2 baños, uno pequeño solo con inodoro en el living y luego el grande con ducha esta pasando la habitación. Check in y check out autónomos. Para llegar al departamento tienes que subir escaleras, esta en un entrepiso. Hay ascensor pero te deja en el piso superior, tienes que bajar algunas escaleras para llegar al entrepiso. El barrio me pareció el mas interesante de Roma. Lo recomiendo.

Ubicación excelente. El apartamento está genial para una familia y dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Roma. Destacar la rápida comunicación con Salvatore. Surgieron algunos inconvenientes y él respondió y lo arregló muy rápidamente. Sin duda, recomiendo mucho este apartamento.

Excellent convenient location in safe area (less than 10 min walk to the Colosseum) very spacious and clean. One and half bathrooms (one a bit small and the other one with shower). When entering, there is a sofa bed in the living room. There is a door that leads to a balcony. Stairs leading to the kitchen and small toilet on the left, window in both. We couldn’t work out how to use the cooker extractor, but owner sent us video, thanks. Kitchen leads to bedroom. Here, remember to open the upper window above the door to the balcony to get rid of the mild mould smell from the bathroom. Ahead, there are stairs leading to spacious cupboard and storage area. At the end of the apartment is the bathroom with shower. Water very good, soap, shampoo and body wash all provided. We didn’t use air conditioning so can’t comment, but it was there. It would be helpful if more instructions were given on how to open main door to enter building and open the key box.
