Theresa’s home is up to date, comfortable and nicely decorated. We loved the location walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the pool and the beach! My kids loved the snack bar/ice cream shop on the first floor. The pool was attractive, heated and not too crowded with a tiki bar and hot tub. Nice gym too! We loved being up so high for the beautiful view off the balcony. We had a great time!

Theresa’s place was nice and convenient for everything you would want to do including shopping, dining, the beach and pool. The sunset from the balcony was stunning. The condo was very clean and had everything needed to enjoy a home-like stay. Highly recommend.

Our stay was great. Loved the view! Had trouble getting into garage as ticket reader wouldn't read barcode off our phone. Raquel, co-host, was immediately reachable who directed us to on-site HOA to get a hard copy print of the entrance bar code. So, if you have the ability, print that sheet before your arrival. Condo building was very quiet. We couldn't even tell that we had neighbors on both sides. Outdoor balcony with its spectacular view was a great place to have morning coffee. When we booked, we were told what a wonderful place this was and beautiful pool, hot tub, tiki bars, and so on. That is not what we got when we got there. The pool was closed because it was leaking. The hot tub was closed at 5:30. All the tiki bars were closed so all of the amenities we thought we were getting and paid for we’re not available to us in order to use a pool we had to go to another building. I found out about this before we got there, but had already driven to Florida. We were never offered a refund or anything. Also, the buildings had mostly been evacuated except for a few floors because of construction issues. We paid $158 cleaning fee but when we got there there was hair on the bathroom floors one toilet was really dirty shower floor was dirty garbage disposal was broken and walls throughout the condo were all marked up condo definitely needs to be painted. Bed was hard and so is the couch. I would not recommend renting this unit.
