My family and I loved Kevin’s beautiful loft! The location is prime for easy travelling across the French Riviera via train (Villeneuve-Loubet station is the easiest and closest) or car service (we used Uber). It’s also right by the beach which makes for beautiful morning and afternoon walks. We also really appreciated the grocery store across the street (Casino) which allowed us to also make some meals at home. Kevin was also kind to make some great restaurant recommendations as well. The loft was clean and comfortable - we felt right at home. We also made sure to make use of the hot tub which was a nice touch to the suite. Thank you Kevin for a wonderful stay!

Nous avons passé un week-end de 3 jours formidables dans l’appartement de Kevin. Logement très propre, fonctionnel, très calme, vue magnifique. Le jacuzzi le soirée juste magique avec une bonne coupette de champagne. Encore à Kévin pour sa disponibilité et son attention pour la bouteille de champagne. Nous recommandons vraiment l’appartement de Kévin 😉👌🏻

We had the pleasure of staying in Kevin's beautiful place, and our expectations were exceeded! We chose to stay here because not only was the apartment beautiful, but the location was wonderful, too! You are right across from the Villeneueve-Loubet beach, but if you feel like exploring other nearby cities, you can easily take the train to Nice or Cannes and be there in about 30 minutes. The apartment is definitely 5-star and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. The apartment is modern, immaculately clean, and has top-of-the-line amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, large screen TV and of course, let's not forget the beautiful patio and rooftop deck that even has a hot tub for you to use. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come back and stay the next time we plan to visit the French Riviera!

A luxury stay with a 5-star host. Great attention to detail with everything you need provided and more. Excellent location close to great supermarket, pharmacy etc. and right on the beach of course. Perfect for a relaxing week with our baby and dog. Thank you Kevin!

Kevin a été très sympathique et disponible avec une belle attention qui nous attendait à l’arrivée! Il nous a recommandé de supers lieux où nous rendre et a été flexible pour notre départ.
