This is the second time we have stayed at Anne’s it was so lovely to see her again ,we shall be coming again next year to go to the annual knit and stitch show.The accommodation is top quality we love everything about it .

Just like last year, this was a great place to stay with the most lovely hosts. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well suited for the two of us. Anne and Gary even remembered our preferences for snacks and teas from last year! Always delightful to stay here, couldn’t be better.

Good price for Harrogate, shame breakfast not included. Had to go down into town to get anything. Complicated but lovely walk down, but hilly coming back. Small room but excellent bathroom. We parked bit below house as too steep to park on front. Very cosy.

What a comfortable and lovely place to stay while in Harrogate! Convenient location, not far from the town centre. Great bathroom and comfortable beds! The bottle of wine on arrival was a lovely touch. Highly recommended and we will certainly stay again if we're in the area! Thank you! ⭐
