The owner was kind, proactive and understanding. However, the customer service was terrible. please make sure that you ask about what amenities are shared and what is private. make sure to request for a clean room to not meet any surprises.

Great accommodation, just a minute walk from the centre of Oxford Street which is great! Alex and Frank were both great hosts, would definitely stay there again!

Switched to this hotel last minute and it was a lifesaver! Greatly located hotel in the heart of Osu, I had a fridge and some dishes in my room, and AC worked great. They also let me have a bit of a later check out and that accommodation was very helpful. Be wary if you are sensitive to noise, there are outside sounds you can hear and sometimes planes flying overhead, I dont have that issue so I slept soundly. The only negative is the internet - the wifi connection was terrible and would drop every few minutes. I dont think I had more than 20 minutes of steady wifi at any point in my stay.
