Amazing boutique loft apartment! The place was even cooler than the photos. The rooftop pool is perfect for the hot days of Colombo. Thushi was extremely responsive and the entire stay felt like home. Great stay 😀
I really enjoyed staying in Thushi's tiny house! It feels like a private sanctuary in the hustle and bustle of Colombo. Upon arrival I was given a full tour of the space by the building staff. They were very friendly and helped me whenever I needed it. Thushi was super responsive and provides an excellent House Book with all your FAQs answered. Amenities included gas stove & kitchenware, wifi, access to a washing machine, AC in the bedroom, elevator and rooftop pool. This space is perfect for a solo traveler looking to relax for a while. I would definitely stay here again.
We stayed in the tiny house and air condition was available only to the sleeping area in the upper floor. You have to be in a good physical condition in order to climb the ladder to go to the upper floor. The property is in a good location within proximity to all amenities.
We had a lovely stay a Thushi’s place. Great location and Thushi even provided us with a guide of the city which was very helpful! Would definitely recommend.
Right in the heart of Colombo 07, very good value appartment. Elegant modern property with lovely furnishings. The best is the rooftop pool, honestly just what you need after a hot day in town!!. It’s not big, but a comfy place and clever use of space.

55 FLOWERROAD was my husband's home throughout his childhood. Years later, when our two boys were still very young, we renovated the old home to accommodate the needs of our growing family. When we relocated overseas, our home was rented for almost ten years to a lovely family who enjoyed the house for its unique style and prime location. In 2017, we embarked on a grand adventure to completely transform the place we once called home, to what it is today. I have always dreamt of running a business of my own, and the natural path was to develop 55 FLOWERROAD to a business enterprise. As a family, we have precious memories of our years at 55 FLOWERROAD, and although it now offers modern living experiences, it remains the perfect Colombo home with a class and character of its own. In 2022, THE LOFT @ FIFTYFIVE and THE NOOK @ FIFTYFIVE were added to our portfolio offering the adventurous traveller unique living experiences within “tiny-house” dwellings. I’m thrilled to be co-hosting our spaces with Gayathri, who also happens to be my niece. Coming from a family of strong women, she has a no-nonsense approach to all things logistical and thrives in client-interface. She has a wealth of experience in e-marketing in the travel & tourism industry, and I consider myself very lucky to have her on board. Gayathri and I can’t wait for you to stay awhile with us.
