My family and I spent thanksgiving here and this home was everything we expected and more! We loved how spacious it was and the layout of the house is great. The kitchen had plenty of space for everyone to help with cooking and prepping food. The living room had plenty of seating for our family and even pet covers since this home is pet friendly! Our kids favorite part of this listing was the creek in the back and the fire pit. We drove to Roan High Knob which was only 15-20 min away and the views on our hike were amazing. We would definitely return. Thank you Virginia!

Traveled with my family for a small vacation. We had 5 adults, 3 small grandchildren (ages 6, 3 and 2) and our 2 dogs for a 3 night stay. The home was clean, spacious, and roomy. My family didn't want to leave. The home was very little kid friendly. The owners have thought of every detail, including a baby gate that locks to prevent falls down stairs. We really enjoyed sitting around their beautiful firepit on our last night making Smores with the grandkids. Oh, let me not forget to mention that these owners had the smores utensils ready! This home is private but close enough to all the activities you could want. We hiked around NC, rode the Blue Ridge Parkway and enjoyed a visit to Johnson City TN. I recommend this home to anyone looking for a family friendly, fun space. It was great!

Virgina has a beautiful home, clean and comfortable. The surroundings were beautiful and we enjoyed each space. The creek and fireplace are absolutely wonderful. This is a great place to spend a relax and fun time with family. We recommended 100%
