Raul's home is lovely! It looks exactly like the photos and has plenty of space for two people to relax and work from home comfortably. The complex is very safe, and the neighbors were friendly and kind. The walking trail along the marina is a fabulous way to start or end the day, and we really enjoyed the ability to get out into nature quickly. The place is within walking distance of some really good restaurants (highly recommend Noka Ramen and Odin Mezcalería!) and is also a 10-minute walk to Lake Merritt BART station, which makes getting into the city a breeze. As others mention in their reviews, the train does pass by periodically throughout the day, but it's not too frequent, and after the first few times, you don't really notice it. Raul was highly responsive and helpful with our few questions, which was much appreciated. Highly recommend this little gem!

Raul was a great host, and the location worked out pretty well for my trip to SF. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable, and it's one of the best stocked (especially kitchen stuff) I've experienced from an Airbnb. Other than the train horns (bring earplugs for sleeping), the location was very quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed the walking trail along the marina behind the building and the gardens at Lake Merritt (12-min drive up in Oakland). It would be nice if, given the large number of condos in the area, there were more restaurants in walking distance. Additionally, SF is a bit of a trek from the area. Those are my only complaints about the area. I always felt safe. Raul was extremely responsive with my few questions, and helpful/friendly when I had questions.

Had an amazing stay at Rauls! the place looked exactly like the photo and was super clean. The bedroom also had a workstation with a nice office chair and the wifi was fast for working. The bedroom was slightly dark but Raul literally bought a lamp the next day and he was always proactive and super responsive. parking spot was also nice to have! only con would be the train noises which I didn't even notice for awhile. It didn't really bother me, but if you are sensitive, just heads up. overall, highly recommend this place and also Raul! Would love to stay again.

very spacious for two and overall a very nice condo. the trains do pass by, they can be too noisy for light sleepers.
