Ideal location, great communication, thank you

The house was very basic, and the bins were full outside and had flies in them. There was a smell of cigarette smoke in one of the rooms, no bins in the bedrooms, no mirror in two bedrooms. When one shower was running the others wouldn't work. There was a constant beeping from the oven which we couldn't stop. This house is not suitable for professionals who all need to get ready for work at the same time, we had to take it in turns to use the showers, as only one would have water at a time.

The house was in a great location for our purposes. We had no issues with parking as a permit for the street was provided. Beds were comfortable. The property company was excellent in providing assistance and communicating quickly. They were quite flexible when we needed to extend our stay. I would not book this place for a large group of adults even though it does sleep 7 people and there are 3 bathrooms unless you are only planning on sleeping there. Seating is minimal with a table for 4, a love seat and a chair in the main room. Kitchen is equipped with just basics but no salt, pepper, oil as stated in the ad. We would stay here again because the location suits us and it is a comfortable space for a few people.

After booking, countless people sent messages to inform the occupancy policy. Nobody answer when I checked in. This is a fake house I believe. Airbnb should be responsible for this.
