The house is beautiful and has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible all year round. We stayed there in winter time and the house was warm and cozy. The surrounding is so peaceful and the lake is gorgeous. To add to that, Israel is incredibly nice. He was the first host to welcome us with our unusual guest list - 2 adults, 2 dogs and 3 cats! We just arrived to the United States and looked for a per friendly place to stay until our house will be ready for us. Israel welcomed us and trusted us and it says greatly about him. Thank you!

Beautiful, awesome, amazing home ! We loved spending our holidays in this very cozy warm home ..we look forward to celebrating many more great holidays and vacations here ..we absolutely love it! Isreal is and has been an amazing host , he’s hospitality is greatly appreciated.

This is truly a beautiful, clean little cottage perfect for our girl's weekend bachelorette by the lake. Six adult women stayed very comfortably with space to snack, drink and play tabletop card games or gather around the firepit outside. There is no view of Greenwood Lake from the cottage itself, however the proximity to the lake/marina or beach is so close it totally doesn't matter. Our host, Israel, was very quick to reply to questions. Area was quiet, neighbors were not concerned by our presence. Overall, this was an absolute perfect stay!
