Safe, private and great location! Easy to get to driving ourselves from the airport. The parking felt very secure in a the gated lot and the unit was very private. Even the hot tub felt especially private in its own courtyard. There was plenty of food in walking distance. The host recommend La Tortillería de Escazú and we couldn’t agree more, it was fantastic! The host was very responsive and incredibly hospitable. They made us feel very comfortable and welcome. This was a great spot to rest up at after a long day of travel.

Overall, the experience was pleasant and the hosts were exceptionally welcoming. They helped set up the sofa bed on arrival and were proactive in informing us when the city was doing infrastructure repairs (water turned off for part of a day). Despite being in such a busy, central location, there was absolutely never a concern about safety. The beds were comfortable, the place clean, and genuinely quite an excellent place for a couple to stay. There were a few things that felt a bit off though. The shower temperature was very inconsistent, often changing every 30 seconds. Likely an easy fix, but a small frustration nonetheless. The main entry door has a gap just large enough for insects to crawl through. Yet another small item. The jacuzzi was perfectly functional, but it was more a luxury than a necessity. As we had 3 people, having only 1 AC unit in the bedroom and none in the main area with the sofa bed was tough for the 3rd person. Still, it was surely a good fit for 2 people. ⭐️

Andrey was very responsive and made it very easy to check-in and get into the home. It was very nice to have a safe place to park our rental car. We also felt very safe during our stay since the home had a gated fence. The home was nicely located away from the noise of the city. One issue we had was the shower kept going from very hot to very cold which was a bit frustrating. Besides that we had a pretty good stay.
