Awesome place...must visit! It's literally a home away from home. Mr. Sanjay was very responsible and hospitable host. He ensured that we are made comfortable. Kitchen was kept clean and ready with milk, biscuits, maggy for kids. Garden and hammock was too good. Really enjoyed, and will recommend it certainly. We will visit again.

Our stay with our pet dog was excellent-satisfactory. It came out more than expectation. I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities available for home stay. Right from milk, tea powder, sugar upto first aid kit, mosquito repellent etc. name it and it was available. Very small requirements like pair of scissors were available not only in kitchen but also in the bathroom. Every small requirement is well thought and implemented in the home stay. Thank you Mr. Pandit for your facilities. Will definitely recommend to friends and family who want home stay in Kolhapur

Home made food was very good. Kitchen was well equipped. Host's hospitality was very good. Property was quite clean. Overall Excellent.

Stayed along with my family for a night at the property hosted by Mr. Sanjay. He is a great host. Quite responsive. He was present during the check in and also explained what the property has to offer. The property is exactly the same as in the listing and description. Bathrooms need a little refurbishment. But no complaints. Breakfast is included which was a nice touch. On the whole, a pleasant experience. Thanks to Mr. Sanjay.

This place is really good to visit if travelling with your pets. It is peaceful and private and has a garden area to chill and relax. Host and caretaker are extremely responsive and helpful.
