Had a fantastic time really enjoyed the location. The property was as described. One negative, the downstairs bedroom had a slight damp smell. We couldn’t use the room however this had very little impact on our overall experience. David was incredibly helpful and we look forward to coming back!

Unser Urlaub in dem Haus war wirklich toll. Der Strand ist nur 50 Meter entfernt und man ist innerhalb von 15 Minuten mit dem Bus in der historischen Altstadt von Alcudia. Aber auch um das Haus selbst herum war viel los. Es gab Handtücher und Strandlaken und 3 der 5 Schlafzimmer hatten ein angeschlossenes Badezimmer. Im Garten gibt es Liegen und mehrere Sitzlounges. Das Haus ist perfekt für eine größere Gruppe um entspannt Urlaub zu machen.

We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. The accomodation is very well positioned. The kitchen was well equipped for a group of 10 who want to cook. We found everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helped us solve any questions we had. Maybe just a note - if you are coming in March, expect the house to be quite cold, but it is possible to turn on the heating after agreement with the host :-)
