This little upstairs retreat was cozy and charming. I loved all the little decorations, pictures, knick-knacks, plates and plaques. The blankets were so warm and cozy. The bathroom was very inviting and bright. The kitchenette was perfect, it even had a one-cup Kurig which I didn't see in the pictures. I loved all the little snacks and extras that Russell left for us. Our friends stayed in the downstairs and that was fabulous ... if I ever get back to Jefferson I would definitely book the downstairs. The sunroom was a beautiful little retreat, with high-end crank out windows and blinds and comfy seating. The upstairs room in the lower part of the home was incredible with a clawfoot tub and fabulous shower (our friends showed us their room!). Russell has created a wonderful getaway between the 2 homes/retreats! I highly recommend either of them ... or both ... like we did with our friends. 3 couples and we had plenty of space... and the front porch swing was wonderful too!

This is the second time my fiancé and I have stayed and I can say it’s just as wonderful as the first time! Such a cute loft and so pristine! Close to everything down town. Very comfortable. Russell is a wonderful host as usual!

Such a well-furnished room, and so many little amenities around! I really appreciated the great communication from Russell before my arrival, and my peaceful stay.
