We had come into Mobile for a funeral and were sharing with my sister-in-law and family. We had a different placed booked, but the a/c was not working properly. We contacted Katie at 9pm and she got us in the home within the hour. She also approved a late checkout of 2pm as we were visiting with family before we left. There was a slight miscommunication and we got locked out, but she corrected the issue as soon as we contacted her with in just a few minutes. She was always very responsive to text or calls. The home was comfortable and the neighborhood was nice.

My family and I drove six hours away from home and we were scammed by another host. We saw her & her co-host listing & decided to book it since we had no other option. We were overly excited and grateful that they allowed us to stay upon short notice. Our time there was fantastic. It was clean. It had everything there that we needed, even a game room for the kids. I also loved their communication; there was NO wait time for a response. I will definitely book any of her listings over and over again.

Katie was an excellent host! She gave us great suggestions on where to go in the neighborhood, was super accommodating, and the place was perfect for our large group. The ping pong table got pretty competitive and the place was so nice we actually spent most of our time at the house.
