Our beautiful "Pura Vista" villa is PERFECT to relax and disconnect. This PRIVATE, ELEGANT, and SPACIOUS villa is located in the hills of Atenas. The main house and guest house are fully furnished, and fully equipped. Surrounded by lots of nature and a beautiful view. A variety of indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy. Covered spa size pool. The high altitude provides one of the best climates in the region in a very safe and friendly neighborhood. Great location. • The whole property is yours ( main house and guest house). You have complete privacy with no shared spaces. • The house has lots of Space and available built-in closets. Washer and Dryer with laundry detergent. Dish Washer with soap included, TV included FREE Netflix, social games, BBQ area with a brand new gas BBQ, a refrigerator, cooking utensils, and an outdoor sink. Lovely hammocks in BBQ. area and backyard area as well. • Main House: Elegant and spacious with lots of natural light, large and fully equipped kitchen. 1 bedroom with a King bed, 1 bedroom with a Queen bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and a Queen size sofa bed in the living room. Sleep up to 8 sharing beds. Two bathrooms, full large kitchen, and a living room. • Guest House: Comfortable with Independent entrance, has 1 bedroom with a Queen bed, and 1 bedroom with two single beds. 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. •The spa size pool is 8 meter by 2, covered so you can use it at night or during the rainy season. • We have a roof-covered spa (small and safe pool), heated by solar power so temperature will vary depending on the season, but generally nice & warm. Perfect for kids and a relaxing time. Great during a rainy day or evening as well. • The house is pet friendly for only well-trained dogs (please no climbing on beds and sofas) There is an additional fee for pets per day. • Check-in and check-out extensions ( if possible) cost an extra $10/hour • We are approximately 35 minutes from the airport. • We offer a great on-location Chef service, or food delivery (please visit puravistachef for more details). • The main car gate is remotely operated for your convenience. Up to 3 car parking. • High-speed stable internet connection via WiFi covering main house, guest house, front and backyard. • We have a trusting local rental car person if you need help with renting a car. We do have a reliable local taxi driver for you to move around if you decided not to rent a car.

Host was absolutely amazing. The home was so relaxing and exactly what we were expecting and what was shown to us. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend vacation with my family and I couldn’t have asked for a better host. We will definitely be back!
Wir waren zu acht (5 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) und das geräumige Haus mit dem schönen Garten war einfach ideal für uns. Man hört schon früh morgens die Vögel pfeifen und fühlt sich richtig in der Natur, obwohl Flughafen und San José nicht weit entfernt sind. Auch ein Tagesausflug ans Meer lässt sich gut machen. Es ist etwas entfernt vom Zentrum von Atenas, daher ist es von Vorteil, wenn man ein eigenes Auto hat. Allerdings funktioniert auch der Taxiservice recht gut. Die Gastgeber waren immer gut erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Wir können das Haus wärmsten empfehlen. Es fiel uns schwer, nach 6 wunderschönen Tagen von dort abzureisen.
La casa es extremadamente bonita y tiene todos los complementos necesarios. La ubicación es excelente. Toda mi familia quedó contenta con la estadía. El servicio al cliente de Raquel es excelente.

From the first communication with Raquel, she was courteous, kind and helpful! The house did not disappoint at all. The house was very well equipped with everything we needed and then some. The location was tranquil and relaxing with beautiful birds singing every morning. We were close to supermarkets and restaurants. Raquel went out of her way to be accommodating and always responded promptly to any questions we had. It was a lovely, spacious home which allowed for some great family time! I would definitely stay here again!

Green Hills neighborhood, populated mainly by the international community. Villa-style constructions with Beautiful gardens. Lots of space in between houses. Safe and quiet neighborhood protected by private security patrol. Seven minutes from downtown Atenas where you can find a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, and anything you need. 35 minutes from San Jose Airport, 45 minutes from the beach, and 25 minutes from Ecovilla School & Casa Sula.
since we are in hill, the best way to move around is by car. A taxi is also an affordable way to get to the center of Atenas.
