The place was great, big areas with lot of room, the only thing is the bathrooms' in general must be renovate, some faucets were not working properly, lights and door locks. also at the kitchen, the microwave, the toast and the stove were not working properly, but we could use the outside kitchen to cook the second day which was ok. some amenities has to be change such as the pool table and the elastic bed as they look a bit old.

Beautiful villa within a small ranch, about 4 minutes in car from the ocean. The place was extremely clean, there are 3 dogs tied down around the property which are very well behaved but they don't let them lose. There's half a basketball court, pool, great stereo (bring your own Y-Splitter) and a pool table. The kitchen and barbecue were very clean and complete with everything. Downstairs bedrooms don't have doors to the bathrooms, they seem to have been designed as Maids quarters but they're plenty large with queen sized beds. We found only 9 bedrooms which fits 18 guests comfortably. Room #9 is the master and it has a king sized water bed, that was a fun experience. FYI: The hot water needs to be turned on in the master bedroom. Theres 4 parking spaces in front of the house, and about 10 private spaces in the driveway. But the cars can go all the way back to the basketball court so they don't have to be far away. All in all I'm looking forward to renting this place again to spend the weekend, it was real fun
