Set back with stunning far-reaching valley views, The Barn is situated within 10 minutes' walk of some great outdoors activities, many pubs, restaurants and cafes, and easy access to Monmouth (4miles) and Ross-on-Wye (7miles). Hiking, biking and river- and land-sports are in abundance in Symonds Yat. Take one of the Country's last remaining hand ferries over to Symonds Yat Rock - one of Britain's most iconic viewpoints. All this without having to drive anywhere if you choose! The Barn is a 2 storey upside-down property. Downstairs has a large king-sized room with en-suite shower room. The downstairs entrance then leads up to the upper floor with double bedroom, lounge-diner, fully equipped kitchen (inc full cooking facilities and washing machine) and a full bathroom. The dual aspect lounge has far reaching valley rooms and a patio door leading to a private raised decking area with built-in BBQ.

I have to praise our host Helen. This is my first time booking with AirB&B. Helen was amazing, I asked her so many questions and she was kind and helpful. The Accommodation was perfect, lovely little touches and spotlessly clean. Milk in the fridge, Tea & Coffee. A big bonus was how quiet the place was.

We loved staying at The Annexe, the views were unrivalled, it was a joy to wake up and make a cup of tea with the views from the kitchen and then enjoy breakfast with views from the living room or terrace :-) Lovely and clean, clear instructions to get to, wonderfully peaceful we will be back!

Village location set only metres from the River Wye and it's hand-ferries. Many scenic walking and biking routes from the doorstep. Enclosed bike storage is available with internal bike lock anchors and external padlocking available for your own locks.

Central location for many walks. Bus stops to Ross-on-Wye and Monmouth a few minutes walk away. Parking for up to 2 guest cars is available and you will be asked to park in a particular way to allow access for other vehicles.
