It is in a central location and large enough for our 9 guests. When we arrived the musty smell was throughout the home. There were signs of water damage in the game room and basement carpet was wet. After reading previous reviews this seems to be an on going problem that has not been addressed and possible mold issues. The house was picked up but not clean. Kitchen had crumbs on the floor and in the pantry. When we went to check out the jacuzzi it was gross, I called and someone came to put chemicals in it. The chemicals only cleaned the water enough to see the sludge growing on the filter. Totally unusable! The kids played in the nice yard but we had to pick up dog poop first. Water pressure was terrible, if someone flushed you could not get enough water to brush your teeth. No basic cable for TV and spotty internet. Everything had a thick layer of dust and dirt. I can't in good conscience recommend this home.

we had a great stay at Eddie's. The house was large and perfect for our two families. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. The kitchen was well stocked. The street noise is a bit loud and water pressure was pretty low, but overall we had a nice stay.

This was a great house to host our family of 12 for the weekend. It was clean and in a great location.
