Family room seats 6 guests, and features a wall-mounted Smart TV on swivel mount above a custom built mantle centered by Electric Fireplace. Perfect room to hang out. This space is especially cozy in the evenings with floor lamp lit seeming to bounce the perfect amount of light in all the right spots. The dining area is truly special, with custom-built shelving, centered by another Smart TV, and electric fireplace. This room offers multiple lighting options, allowing you to set the mood just right, whether it's for a romantic dinner with your partner, a meal with friends, or for family gatherings. We do have 1 booster strap-chair. In the kitchen, you'll find everything you need to whip up a delicious meal. Features gas stove, Knee bar, with 2 stool seating off Butcher block countertop. Has an awesome coffer station for coffee lovers. Season rack, toaster, blender, plenty cooking tools and more. It's pretty stocked, but if you find something missing, let us know, and we'll provide it within reason. The second-level offers two bedrooms with a shared full bathroom with Tub & Shower. Front bedroom is large with ceiling Fan, comfy sleeps, a work desk, and Smart TV. Second rear bedroom is quaint and cozy with ceiling fan, bed accent chair a wall mounted Smart TV. For complete relaxation, head to the lower level where a full suite awaits you with a queen bed Smart TV and a full private bath with walk-in shower. Laundry area is on this level equipped with washer and dryer. Outside, Parking won't be a worry; we offer two private spaces in the rear under a carport, with enough room for two vehicles. Note that only one of those vehicles can be under the provided carport. Rear also offers a small sitting space for 2 of platform. Strings lights are hung and available for use as well. In the front you will find your classic Baltimore porch with furniture for seating. We're excited to welcome you for your stay.
