Stayed at Spruce Mountain Cabins over a chilly October weekend and it was the perfect amount of outdoors and glamping. The amenities provided by the hosts made packing less extensive than normal tent camping, but the property and views still helped detach from busy everyday life and connect with nature. Hosts were very informative and responsive. Amazing Airbnb, definitely would stay again!
We absolutely loved our stay! The host is super responsive and helpful. We are camping people and wanted to do a glamp for an affordable honeymoon. This is the place to do it! Has everything you need, compostable toilet! Heater for cold months and fan for warm. As beautiful and comfortable as this is don’t forget it’s the outdoors. There are bugs, animals and temperature can very and none of these the host can control! We loved all of the local hiking trails and caverns. The restaurants that are local have very basic food. We cooked a prepared food on the propane stove provided which was a lot tastier. Everything is a long (beautiful) drive so be prepared for it! I 100% recommend this beautiful glamp!
My fiancé and I had an amazing time! While the weather wasn’t very cooperative for the majority of our weekend we were glad we got to hunker down in such a beautiful place. Despite the rain and the wind we found plenty to do around the area and were very grateful for the beautiful scenery and autumn colors this time of year. Everything in the tent was pristine and really made for amazing stay. Our host was very friendly and responsive and checked in on us to make sure we were staying warm. I wish I could give more than five stars and we will definitely be back in the future!

What a lovely time we had over the weekend. With amazing views of Judy Gap, Milky Way and star gazing views, and an adorable tent with all of the amenities this campsite has it all. Surrounding parks were beautiful! We recommend Dolly Sods and Blackwater Falls! Our host Marissa was wonderful and there to help in any way!

I have lived and worked at a variety of things in this area for the past 30 years so that I can live this dream all of my life instead of waiting till I retire. I also enjoy being around people.
