I didn't look closely at listing and realized upon going to the room that it was a only a room with a bed, tv, and bathroom. the TV had 4 local channels but no access to any streaming service. my international TMobile phone service was in a dead spot at that location and WIFI didn't come with the room. Melbourne DID accommodate us and gave us access to some limited wifi which was greatly appreciated as it allowed us to navigate ride services and keep in touch with loved ones. Melbourne wasn't on location and because of being in a different time zone made it harder at times to communicate via messages. There is a room phone but no instructions on how to reach any staff for on site issues. when we did have communication they were very responsive. Mattress was adequate but a bit stiff. OVERALL, the place was very pleasing to the eye and the decor was elegant. It was also very nicely located and within walking distance of some varying restaurants.
