The Sabino Canyon stay was as serene as it was peaceful. The accommodations were easy to navigate, and all expectations were exceeded. Forrest properly describes and photographed the space. There were plenty of fresh towels which was much appreciated, the laundry was easy to use. Friendly neighbors, and ease of zipping into town made the visit to Tucson fun! I truly enjoyed the stay, and was super happy with Forrest’s attention to detail & responsiveness. Also, loved the Primary Bedroom bed frame!!

I stayed in this condo for 4 weeks and really enjoyed it. The location near Sabino Canyon initially attracted me and it was great to spend a lot of time there hiking and enjoying the views. The condo was very well equipped and there was nothing that I needed that I didn’t have. I have stayed in other condos and I really appreciated that this one had an assigned parking space near the unit. The development was well-lit at night which made me feel comfortable when I came back in the evening. There is so much to do in the area, especially if you like being outdoors in great weather! The owner was very responsive if I had a question, and I really have nothing but good memories of my stay in this condo.

Forrest’s place was nicely appointed. It was in a great location to easily get to our favorite spots. Being a little further North we were able to discover some new places in Oro Valley.

We stayed 2 wks, very much enjoyed being in the foothills of the Catalinas. Listing photos were accurate, & Forrest was responsive. Pros: great location, easy to get around, grocery stores/restaurants close by & complex was quiet and well maintained. The towels & bedding were very nice, beds comfortable, and bathrooms clean. In-unit laundry worked well. Cons: as previous reviews noted, we found cleanliness to be disappointing. Some surfaces had been cleaned, notably kitchen counter, bathrooms, and dining table. Others had a thick layer of dust. Primary bedroom carpet is visibly soiled/stained. Fridge shelves were dirty with food debris. Primary bedroom has a slider onto the balcony which is the only source of natural light and ventilation for that room; the vertical blinds are inoperable which made the room dark & stuffy. Shower faucet in hall bathroom hard to adjust. Loved the location but unlikely to return.

The unit is a corner unit within close proximity to the pool and hot tub. The hot tub temp was surprisingly warm. Very enjoyable. It’s a quiet complex. It was spacious for 4 adults. Insects (ants) were NOT an issue. Unfortunately, the unit was not as clean as we had expected.
