We’ve just had a lovely week here exploring the area. The kitchen was brilliantly well equipped and we felt at home straight away. We only managed to use the outdoor kitchen once due to the awful weather. However, we loved the chickens and collecting their eggs and made the most of the hot tub and table tennis! Thank you for having us to stay!

Felt totally at home, kitchen was such a sociable space, the hot tub and sauna were the highlight of our stay, we all enjoyed it .. The bbq and pizza oven in the covered outdoor kitchen was absolutely brilliant, it was a real adventure , the kids loved it… Would highly recommend this place ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

Very comfortable, well equipped home that slept 5 of us, 3 generations and a dog. The teenage boys loved the sauna/hot tub and table tennis, we all loved the covered outdoor BBQ dining area and the garden was a haven at the end of a day exploring Kent. Would definitely stay again and have already recommended.

We LOVED this place. Beautifully clean and perfect for dog owners - the garden was secure and there was only one rule - no dogs upstairs. The weather was beautiful so we spent all week in the garden using the fantastic outdoor space. I have never stayed in such a peaceful place - we heard neighbours once during the whole week! Parking for two cars on the drive. Lots of games to play. Great hot tub. Lovely sauna. Amazing outdoor kitchen area with barbecue and pizza oven - we used both (with varying degrees of success!! 😆) A fantastic stay overall.

We had amazing stay! What a beautiful place. We loved it. Communication was very easy and straight forward. We would gladly visit the place again.
