Great stay at the cabin. Easy to find and park. About a 12-15 minute drive to Belleayre for some fun skiing. Wood burning stove was very nice. Comfortable beds, clean place, well stocked and comfortable throughout. The record collection was a nice touch to set the mood, though nothing from the modern era haha so you may have to dig, some great jazz records though! Great communication from Kimberly, check in and check out was a breeze. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely house and perfect for family ski trip! Just as pictured in photos. Easy check in and good Wifi. Kimberlie responded quickly to messages and helped us locate house as the GPS took us to another road. Make sure you stay on Dry Brook Road and look for red sign on road with house number. That’s where you turn into the driveway. DO NOT turn on Andrus Road! Pros: Roomy, Clean, Cozy Well equipped kitchen Great heating and hot water in showers Brand new Washer/Dryer 12 minutes to Belleayre Responsive host Cons: Toilet got clogged, but Kimberly came right away and fixed the issue! The only TRUE CON is lengthy check-out list considering we are paying a hefty $175 cleaning fee! This includes: removing sheets from beds, place all towels on floor, load and start dishwasher, take out all garbage, and more… Leaving house tidy and neat is of course, the right thing, but If guests are required to do all this extra housework then cleaning fee should be less.

Kimberlie’s cottage in Arkville is a perfect winter weekend escape! Super cozy, clean and spacious, and a short drive to Belleayre Mountain. We hope to visit again!

We stayed here for the weekend for a family ski trip. Really nice stay and the house was great and very clean. We all really enjoyed our stay.
