We had a really great time at the Villa. The location is calm and quiet but central. Everything is easy to reach from there. The house is spacious and beautiful, with big glass doors opening to the garden. We were greeted with fresh lemons from the garden's own lemon tree, and their wonderful scent permeated the whole house. Suan is a wonderful host, she took really good care of us. In the house, we found a lot of information about the island and lots of recommendations for activities and local restaurants. We were lucky with the weather and could even swim. Our 7-year-old kid was very happy to find so many board games for all ages, so they never got bored. We would definitely come back!

i spent nearly six weeks at Susan's villa in the off-season (November-December). The location was good for me without a car - supermarkets, cafe diners etc in easy walking distance. The house itself is just as in the photographs and as Susan describes it; very peaceful, quiet and comfortable. I enjoyed taking my morning coffee up to the roof terrace to watch the sun rise over the mountains behind the town, and the local birdlife skim over the swimming pool. The house itself felt very safe and secure. The garden and pool are well-maintained and everyone I met was friendly and helpful. Susan was a great host and very responsive whenever anything needed attention. I thought the villa was very good value for money for my stay, and I'd happily stay there again if the opportunity ever arises.

Beautiful villa, we had the bestest of time. There was so many little extra , like a washing line and pegs, spare pool towels, and flannels. Susan was quick to respond to any questions we had. The pool wasn’t over looked at all. And just down the road from the scuba diving shop! It is such a lovely villa. Thank you.

We had a lovely week at the villa. There’s everything you need and more. Home from home. The pool is a perfect size and temperature. We loved the view over the mountains at the back. Supermarket at the top of the main road was great. Ozzie was brilliant at giving local advice and so responsive when a few little things needed doing

whilst the villa was lovely unfortunately the property management services were virtually non existent. Subsequently there there were improvements needed. The floors throughout had been brushed but not mopped. We had a cockroach problem which we had to deal with. There was a bad drains odour constantly in the en suite bath room and the double bedroom at the front of the property. Although Susan sent the gardener to fix the problem it still persisted in the rear en suite. My husband found the wash basin to be the problem. The waste hadn't been installed properly. My husband bent the flexi waste to create a U bend which solved the problem. We were unable to use the swimming pool for the first 4 days of our stay as it was cloudy and dirty. The PH and chlorine levels were wrong. When Susan was notified she was very proactive to attempt to fix the problems. In our opinion the property was lovely just that Susan needs a hands on professional management company in Cyprus to assist.
