Ryan’s place was perfect for us. It had everything we needed. Our kids loved all the toys that were available and the view was just stunning. The kitchen was really well equipped, which I loved. Everything was clean. We felt right at home and we had an amazing week in the cabin. Ryan was always available when needed and responded very fast. We can definitely recommend staying at this place.

Ryan and Julie were very hospitable and responded so quickly to all of our questions. Cottage was perfect - location was amazing, cottage was clean and spacious with adorable decor that suited this wonderful lake front cottage. Marina and store right beside made it convenient in addition to a few nice restaurants and grocery store/LCBO all within walking distance Sunsets were incredible !! Nothing like them. Ryan/Julie also added such a nice touch leaving the s’mores kit, popcorn/treats and coupons for free ice cream at the Marina store next door for all of us during our stay Great way to end the summer - We will be back next year! Thank you Ryan and Julie !!

Cottage was okay, main floor bedrooms need better mattresses, but doable. Could have been cleaner, still cobwebs everywhere. Unfortunately we could not use the outside patio set do to the tree above which made things dirty. Hosts were very responsive and Marina staff was fantastic. Unfortunately not great for swimming, too many rocks and logs in the water. Cottage was well equipped with pretty much everything you needed. Overall is was still a fun family vacation. If you have your own boat or powered water toys would make it better.

Our stay with Ryan’s place was overall okay. Our first impression was the cleanliness was not up to par. We had to spend a lot of time cleaning the kitchen area. The bathroom had an issue with the shower drain and would fill up while having a shower, which was gross. The bathroom sink vanity is terrible. I’m 5’ 4” and it was very difficult to wash my face in that sink, the kids had to use the dining room chair to brush their teeth. Bathroom needs to be updated. The location is good. The kids had a blast. Fishing is good and the private dock is great. The staff next door at the marina are great. They’re very nice and helpful, and the free ice cream coupons are a great touch to their awesome welcome basket.

Cottage was beautiful. Everything you need is there. Wonderful location with access to water equipment which was awesome. Complimentary ice cream next door at the marina was over the top. The kids loved the ice cream treat. Fire pit and scenery was great. Close location to stores and a quick trip into Peterborough.
