Dave and Kim’s penthouse was amazing! Unfortunately the hot tub on the rooftop was not working but they were very accommodating and refunded us a portion for the inconvenience. It was a great location with tons of space! Will definitely be staying here again!

This place is gorgeous and feels like home. Dave & Kim are incredible host and very responsive. They went the extra mile to make some restaurant recommendations. I will definitely be back

The condo was very comfortable for four couples. We knew ahead of time that the hottub and the free standing ice machine were not functional. A few of us wanted to play pickleball at the facility but, as they were a year ago, the courts are in disrepair. I hope residents/owners work on getting them repaired. A real eye sore.

We recently had the pleasure of staying in a stunning penthouse that, despite the minor hiccup of an unusable jacuzzi, exceeded our expectations. The owner, Dave, deserves a special shoutout for his exceptional customer service. He was not only super responsive but also addressed our concerns with the utmost urgency and professionalism. The accommodation itself was breathtaking, offering comfort and luxury that truly enhanced our experience. Thanks to Dave's attentiveness, our stay was seamless and enjoyable. We're already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend!
