Beautiful apartment space in large historic home. Great location. Spotlessly clean. There are stairs to get into the unit, so wouldn't be great if you have mobility issues. But otherwise, this unit exceeded our expectations. Beautiful, well-laid out, and well-appointed. Melanie is responsive and even offered dinner recommendations.

Melanie's place was more charming than the photo's showed. The kitchen was great - all the amenities, plenty of room to spread out in and work at the counters. I would definately stay here again on my visit to Rochester. Super clean, convenient and very comfortable.

Melanie’s Airbnb was an absolute gem of a place in Rochester! It was one of the most unique places we’ve ever had the pleasure to stay in and we loved everything about it. You can absolutely tell a lot of thought was put into the renovation of this historic home and loved noticing all the unique architectural elements the space maintained from yesteryear, the most stunning of which we loved were the stained glass windows. Beautifully decorated, extremely immaculate and comfortable for our family of 5. Melanie’s communication and detailed instructions were very helpful and she provided every amenity that we could ever ask for and then some! She was a great host and we would not hesitate to recommend a stay at her place to anyone needing a place to stay in Rochester. Five Stars!

My husband and daughter stayed here for one night while they were on an upstate NY college tour. The place was well decorated, extremely clean and had everything you could have needed. Melanie was extremely clear with her instructions on how to get in, WiFi details, etc. she was very responsive to questions. 10/10 would recommend!
