This place was exactly as advertised. Jeanne was very helpful throughout the whole process if we had any questions. The place was beautiful and so clean! This was by far one of the best rental experiences we've had and you could watch the sunrise right off the patio. We will definitely return! Great hosts and even better place!

First time in Coco Beach loved the place, It was beautiful and very peaceful, The condo had everything we needed plus more! We cant wait to come back and bring the family!

I stayed with my husband and small daughter. Thoroughly recommend Jeanne’s place. Easy access to the beach and a lovely balcony overlooking it. Wonderfully equipped. Very quiet. We will 100% stay again if/when we return to Cocoa Beach

This was our second season stay and we had a great time. We enjoy the easy beach access and getting to see three rocket launches!

I wish we could have stayed longer! We were only here for a day after getting off a cruise and this place was awesome. Everything was so clean and I felt right at home. We went to the beach for the day and everything we needed was there. Highly recommend her place!!!!
