Located on the East side of town it is close to base, hospitals, shopping and about 15 minutes to downtown and the airport. 4 bedroom, 2.5 baths and new remodeled in summer 2021. Comfortable for a group up to 10 with 4 queen beds and a King throughout. 2 full baths (one in large master) and a 1/2 bath downstairs. Back deck, heated garage, fast WIFI, large kitchen… This property is perfect families, larger groups, couples traveling together…. The property has a great feel, friendly neighbors and is very close to shopping, restaurants, and easy to get to the Glen Hwy for a day trip to Denali. All bedrooms are upstairs. No bedrooms are located on the main level. This property is a must stay! Pet Policy: We may allow dogs with prior approval only. Cats are not allowed due to allergies. This means letting us know at the time of inquiry so we can discuss pet fees and deposit. Airbnb does not protect owners against pet damages so we do require you to sign a one page pet agreement. The fee and deposit will vary based on length of stay, pets, and whether or not you have good reviews from hosts. If a pet is brought in without prior approval, your reservation will be cancelled without refund and a $500 charge will be applied. Please just let us know and we will work with you as best we can. Pets will not be accepted in the summer months due to quick turnover time unless for a longer term rental.
