Welcome to Breezy Point Resort, a family-owned business for 40+ years and recently purchased by Pat & Susan, your hosts, who are here to provide you with the same great experience that so many families have had in the past. Located on the 2-mile marker of the Little Niangua where the waters are calm and quiet for all your boating needs. You will enjoy these water-front cabins whether it is one of our stand-alone cabins or in Cabin #9, the atmosphere just doesn't get any better than this. You will enjoy one of our 3 bedroom cabins all with a lake view and a Weber grill for each cabin. For those bringing a boat, we have a private boat dock with 10 slips and a swim dock to relax on or enjoy floating on a raft right off the dock or beach.

A beautiful, quiet, cozy place right on the lake! Check in was super easy and the cabin was so pretty and homey! We mostly slept in the cabin as we were there to visit family, but the mornings we spent in the cabin was almost like being at home. We absolutely loved our stay!
We had a good time! Everything was good! Susan was very nice and a good communicator!
The room and service were wonderful. The resort is well managed and kept very clean. And the hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

We are on the 2.5 mile marker of the Little Niangua at the Lake of the Ozarks. This is the quiet end of the lake where there is less large boat traffic. We are a quiet fishing and family resort.
Located 9 miles north of Camdenton on Hwy EE. Convenient to Camdenton, Osage Beach & Sunrise Beach. Close to numerous restaurants, shopping & activities. Located on the 2.5 mile marker of the Little Niangua.
