My home offers a comfortable, family space with plenty of parking . A deck with plenty of seating, large kitchen and dining area that seats 10 people. Four televisions and WiFi for your viewing pleasure. An acre of trees, wildlife and nature. There is a gas barbecue and fire pit. Free access with our key to Three Rivers private neighborhood parks with bathrooms, BBQ, volleyball, boat ramps and boat trailer parking . Kayaks are now available upon request . This is the place 😎 The house has an open floor plan, kitchen, living room and dining room. A master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. 1200 square feet. Two guest bedrooms. A guest full bathroom. This newer home with central air-conditioning, sits on one acre and is fenced. It is very quiet, private, and has a lovely canopy of trees.

We stayed here for about 2 weeks while my husband completed his cave dive training. The house is a great size and had everything we needed. I worked remotely and the house had great wifi. We used the kayaks on the river and that was a lot of fun, saw a manatee.
Inside was clean and cozy (plenty of room for the 3 of us). Cookware and bath/kitchen towels were minimal but not a deal breaker. Outside there was a lot of yard waste and debris from a recent storm, the owner was quick to have a tree service remove a fallen tree from the yard and left us some of the firewood so that was a plus and the owners cleaned up the yard a bit. This property is off the beaten path a ways and the neighborhood is a little run-down but is quiet (other than a few roosters) and neighbors were friendly. The entire yard is fenced in which was a plus for the dog and we enjoyed watching the deer hop the fence into the yard each evening. We went to several of the State Parks in the area, beautiful springs and nice picnic areas.
3 bedrooms and 2 baths. This is a great layout. Very close to north and south Ichetucknee State Parks. It is nice to have something other than regular television stations. (Youtube, Netflix, Prime, ect...} A/C works great.

Thomas was super nice guy and had a nice place for us. The furniture and beds were comfortable, tile bathroom and floors, quiet location with access to river floats, etc. If you don't mind a 20 minute drive to Lake City, we had lots of good eating and shopping places.

Small walkable neighborhood with lots of trees, lots of wildlife and deer all over the place. Fenced in property with plenty of room to park large RVs and boats . There are a lot of springs and three different rivers to pick from. The best of all and my favorite which is right down the street is Ichetucknee springs state park and river with the clearest water and manatees. Also a lot of people‘s favorite is Ginnie springs. Both of these places are great for kayaking and rafting. Don’t forget to bring your snorkel and goggles. Check out Gilchrist Blue springs with the bluest water I’ve ever seen. There is a new Dollar General right down the street. Branford and High Springs have nice restaurants. Sandy point bar and Alley Ray’s bar down the street for your drinking pleasure, hanging out and watching the river.
Walking, bicycling, and driving. Lots of free parking.
