Great spot but would recommend a car or prepare to walk a mile or close to it 😂. Also, chickens,dogs, and cat night sounds but I’m a early riser. A/C is new and kept the place nice and cool the sun definitely lights up the entire structure so no real need for lights until night. Which I do wish the bathroom light was also in the bedroom area as well because they are dimmer yellow vs. led bright white 😂. Neighbors are cool if you walk to the coffee shop super close by the dogs will bark but are harmless. I think the white dog likes to walk up to people but his owner always calls him back.

Quiet neighborhood just off Marine Corps Drive, I’m Tamuning. 5 minutes to airport and shopping , and 7 minutes to the beach. Hospitals are nearby as well.
You’ll need a car to get around Guam. Park beside your unit!
