We enjoyed so much our stay at Elias’s place. The apartment matches perfectly its description. It has also a great location, with two convenient metro stations at each corner of the street. The street is quiet but walking distance to two big avenues with lots of restaurants, supermarkets, tourist places, etc. A super “plus” was having a butler that helped us keep the apartment clean and tiddy. All the appliances worked perfectly and the kitchen was well equipped. Elias was always checking with us if everything went well and when one lightbulb went off he immediately had it replaced. Without a doubt I’d choose this place for future stays.

Elias is an amazing host and his apartment was perfect. Large and bright and in the best location. I stayed for 4 weeks and weekly cleaning was included which was awesome bonus. Elias was responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Paris!

Elias is truly a superhost, super sweet and super responsive . He will go out of his way to respond to your requests and fix any problem you may encounter in the best way he can. Marvin who cleaned the apartment, is a sweetheart and does a wonderful job. The apartment is fantastic. We love the neighborhood.
