It was everything we hoped for! Beautiful location and had everything we needed! We loved that there was so much to do close by and the beach was amazing!

Absolutely nothing wrong with the location but be aware this is managed by a vacation rental company and their concern for their customer is very limited, unlike one would hope from an owner/operator. There was a hurricane traveling toward the coast, making landfall on the day of our rental and no attempt was made to make us feel comfortable with the situation and there seem to be a disregard for any concern that we may have had regarding our stay as the storm is approaching. They essentially were reading from a script when calls were made to the rental company and we were given nothing but a corporate response, as they seemed afraid to recognize the severity of the storm, approaching the coast for a house situated directly on the beach. On the day of our arrival, the road approaching Tybee was closed due to high water, and even though it had cleared by the time we arrived that evening again, there was no concern or communication. Power was also reportedly out on portions of the island and again, no communication was made to us regarding that situation prior to our arrival. The homeowner should not be held responsible for the actions of the rental company but be aware they are purely out for money and have a complete disregard for safety and/or a reassurance of a comfortable and safe stay for the guest. It’s unfortunate given that the accommodations are quite nice.

Lovely location. Unbelievably well-stocked kitchen. Very clean. Loved the wrap-around balcony, binoculars, and telescope. Great living area with three comfy couches. Balcony had two hammocks, dining area, and tall chairs. Great view.

Great condo in a beautiful location. Only problem was the mattresses on the beds were in need of an upgrade. There was little support in them.
