My family and I just got back from 5 days at this rental. The location was perfect. Pizza Hut is right across the bridge and their sandwich shop is right next door. We didn't get to try it- but they were always bust so they're doing something right. The house is right off the road- very easy to get to. The only issue would be if you were trying to get a trailer backed up when the sub shop lot was full. Plenty of room in the house for the seven of us. House is well stocked with essentials. There was a bit of a musky smell in there, but that faded as we were there and the AC was running. No WIFI- so be aware of that. It wasn't any issue for the adults but God forbid a teenager go without it, lol. There is a sky light in the master, which is great until you want to sleep in the morning. Bring a sleep mask. The house is a little older but you can tell that from the pictures and we didn't mind. What you see is what you get. The deck and fire pit area were great. could say more but no room

We were disappointed in the lack of attention to the AC unit. We also had to provide our own toilet paper. We were unable to use the washer due to no laundry soap. The glass door doesn’t latch and won’t stay closed. We won’t stay here again.

I had misunderstood the slip that was included with the house. I thought it was a covered slip but actually no, it wasn't. All worked out well as we had reserved a slip at Campbell Point. We did however keep our jet ski in the slip at the house and it worked out great. We all had a great time.
