Cannot fault, the place, very comfortable, everything you need, very central to places you may want to visit in the South Hams and a Pub (about 100 yards away, shame I don’t drink 😂😂😂😂) Lift is a great plus for anyone that has problems with stairs. Cannot say anymore Loved it Xx Just to let you know we were on a golfing trip. Chris
What a beautiful place, went above our expectations. Immaculate, and complimentary coffee, wine and chocolate was such a wonderful surprise, only wish I could afford 2 nights! Would definitely recommend and hope to come back. Thank you, perfect location for a family birthday celebration.
Great location
A truly beautiful house in a beautiful location. Everything was as described…a wonderful five star property with five star amenities. The view from the house was amazing on all three levels, the balconies were an added bonus & perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee. Would certainly recommend staying in this beautiful, super 5 star house.
A celebration night away at The Boatyard for old friends. We absolutely loved the property, modern and well equipped to a high standard, a perfect tranquil space for our get together. We loved the stylish decor, fresh and clean and cosy. The open plan layout was great for our dinner party and a bonus with balconies with stunning estuary views. Town and local pubs a short walk away , easy parking, its all on your door step.

I am extremely driven, enthusiastic and sociable, so would like to consider myself to be a great host! I am very fussy and have high standards, not accepting anything less than what we all deserve in life.I have finally completed my new self build project which has been a dream of mine for many years. I've relished the challenges, put my heart and soul into Paddlers View and cannot wait for guests to arrive, enjoy sitting in the hot tub whilst siping a glass of fizz! I work very hard but equally like to make sure that I take time out to enjoy the finer things in life, which really is the only thing you can do whilst living in Devon! I love boating, paddle boarding, walking my dogs, running, entertaining, dining out, travelling - to be honest anything that's fun!! My husband Adam will be helping with the hosting. We are both sun worshippers and love nothing more than on a sunny evening ( which we get lots of) sitting at the bottom of the garden with a glass of wine watching the moving view with Paddle boarders, the Rivermaid ferry and local boats heading out for the evening. If I had to sum up my 5 favourite things I could not live without, it would be my family, friends, music, wine, the sun and food!! hmm thats 6 but hey that just about sums me up - always pushing the boundaries!! My motto is very simple - Work hard and enjoy each and every day.
