The place is one of a kind. It is safe and peaceful since the room is inside a small compound, not right in-front of the busy streets. Our overall experience was great. What I love the most is that they allow pets in this place which really makes it one of a kind experience! ❤️ Have had problems with accommodation since other listings allow one small pet, but here, I was able live comfortably with my 3 dogs (2 shih tzu and 1 chow). Truly grateful to the host! Very accommodating! The room maybe tiny but it has everything we need. 👌🏻

When we arrived, we had a misunderstanding about the "street parking". We understood and accepted that yes it is street parking, but did not expect that it would be 2 streets away. We are probably used in the province where street parking means parking along the street, but still in front of your house. We did not anticipate that this is QC where you're lucky if you'll get a parking slot in front of your unit. We cannot get the same parking slot we were given when you get back. We were approached by someone who uses the parking slot we were given, Apparently, it's their parking slot that we used. But we have to accept this part and make do. About the unit, it's probably 10-15sqm. It's decent and okay. However, there are things that they really need to improve. There are amenities that need to be added, like a lot. If you're looking for a "home away from home", sadly this is not it. The point of staycation is thinking and feeling like you're not far away from home, and that you have amenities that 2-3stars hotels can't provide. As a long time AirBNB client, we know what our needs are. I know that they said to ask if we ever need anything, but the point of staycation is like having a short vacation without having to ask for anything. You already know that they needed it, the client doesn't need to ask for it. 1. I know that bottled water is not included, but for long stays you could've probably given us more than 2 bottles of 350ml water as a complimentary. Or maybe have a gallon of it instead where it will just be refilled. So, the clients don't need to shell out money just for the drinking water. 2. No cabinet or space where you can put your things or clothes. 3. If you will be cooking you need to improvise since they only have limited utensils. The 1 and only frying pan there is faulty too. 4. The bathroom mat is the only mat you use the same as a kitchen mat. 5. The sheer curtain needs to be replaced as well. It is not meant to use for the only window you have because they can see you inside. We even have to use one of our towels just to cover it. 6. I can't understand how their heater works. We know how to use it, but for some reason it does not work to our liking. Pag nilagay mu sa mainit, tuloy tuloy siya na mainit hanggang umabot sa #50 which is pinakamainit, pag hininaan mu tuloy tuloy siya sa coldest. Hai 7. For someone whose paying for the cleaning fee, this one is not cleaned. Me mga ipis. I think it's because the wooden pallet is not varnished. Sooner or later, magkakasurot yung bed since nakapatong lang yung bed sa pallet. Lalo at katabi niya CR. Laging nagmomoist dun. They should also adjust the check out time since hindi naman ganun kalaki yung lilinisan at di rin naman talaga malinis, or at least give the guest an extra 30mins to prepare to leave. 8. As for the price, you can get a better unit with the same price. Sadly, it's not worth it. 9. Take note that this is compound type unit. Pinakadulo yung unit and there's no fire exit, fire extinguisher, etc. Naisip ko, paano if magkasunog dun accidentally (**knock on wood), kawawa yung nasa unit na yun kasi di nila alam paano sila makakalabas. If this is a registered business, baka mahirapan silang makakuha ng fire permit dahil dito. 10. I know you will say, wala naman nagrereklamo na clients pero sure na nahihiya lang sila magsabi. Or if ang purpose nila is talagang matulog lang, they wouldn't mind. Pero if you're someone looking for convenience and wanted to get the worth every peso you paid, this is not for you. 11. Pag sobrang lakas ng ulan, may tubig pumapasok sa unit. 😔 12. The aircon needs cleaning too. Mahina na siya dahil sa dumi. This is just a feedback regarding our experience. We have no intention of ruining your business and tell you how to run your business either. Good luck.
