A good sized and homely apartment with 2 large double bedrooms. Communication with our hosts was excellent. Despite the construction works I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment

Ana is one of those rare people you meet in life. She is extremely generous, caring and warm which has made our stay even more special. We have fallen in love with her apartment, the neighbourhood and the warm aura of the local community. Even the neighbours were welcoming and generous, bringing home cooked meals during special occasions and holidays. Its very pet friendly environment and place where sweet and loving dogs like Milo, Jessy, Lucky, Nancy and other play outside every evening. The location is very convenient with enormous mall nearby, great Georgian restaurants (Pasanauri) and local market where you can buy almost anything for household needs. Not to mention Mesopotamian palace looking church which adores the entire neighbourhood where Assyrian community holds sermons and sing liturgies in ancient Aramaic languages. A visit to this church where humble yet brilliant father Benjamin will welcome you with open hands would be a unique experience which I highly recommend. Cant wait to visit Anas apartment in the future and relive those many wonderful moments we had there!

Ana's apartment is the BEST place I have ever stayed on airbnb (and I have been in many places). The apartment is modern, designed with great taste and what is most important we felt at home as if we have lived there for many years. All of the amenities, furniture and every single item is of high quality and ideal in the apartment. The location is another of my favorite. There is an Assyrian Church (with unique ancient Mesopotamian architecture) right near the building which is one of the few places on earth where you can hear the liturgy and singinging in ancient Aramaic language (language of Christ). Just few steps away there is an enormous market (open bazar) and huge modern mall (with brand name stores and supermarkets) where you can find almost everything you need. In addition, there are most wonderful people you can meet meet in Georgia who live in the neighborhood who are very helpful and welcoming. If you are a dog lover, its a right place to be. Every evening at 8 p.m. dog owners gather in the small square outside of the building where most loving dogs play and make this life more joyful. Ana is the most wonderful person you can meet, very friendly and extremely attentive. She has offered help numerous times and was very attentive from day one. It will be very difficult for me and my son to part with the apartment (which feels like our home), people from the neighborhood and the entire feel of the place which has captured our hearts.

First of all, Ana is a great person / host and ready to help you regarding everything. She’s punctual and response to your text right away. Her flat is amazing. I stayed for a month in this flat and time just flew away without my knowledge. It is very spacious and comfortable flat with full of amenities. For additional information, I would like to mention that Microwave, Owen and Dishwasher is available in the kitchen too. Everything is in the right place in this flat. Car parking & children’s playground (small) is available downstairs of building. There’s market of hardware and sanitary stuff available downstairs. Petrol pump / stations, electronic stores, bus stop, restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, hospitals, lab, bank and 24/7 Nikora supermarket store are just few steps away. You will find many brands of clothes, goodwill supermarket, cinema, kids playground, restaurants and many more, inside the citymall, which is close by. Metro stations are within 2KM. So, it was very comfortable to stay in this flat and everything was nearby. So my stay was amazing and definitely recommending to everyone. Thank you so much for everything Ana.
