Laine was a great host! She provided a list of rainy day activities during our stay and was responsive when we contacted her with any questions throughout our stay. The views were beautiful and the space was just what we had hoped for!

Only have positive things to say about this fantastic property. We were 2 couples on a mini USA roadtrip. We wanted to have a stay in a remote spot in the mountains and this ticked the box massively. The place felt huge and finished to a high standard. We loved the pool, the putting game, the hottub and the firepit - made use of each of them, the latter two especially nice on our near-freezing temperatures during our stay! The kitchen-diner-living space is huge and we found it more than spacious enough to cook and eat the 4 of us. Loads of kitchen utensils and the cupboard had a fair bit of supplies (can't remember off the top of my head, but things like salt, pepper, spices, oil, cling film, tin foil - but maybe check with Laine prior). Despite the cold weather, the house was a nice warm temperature. Definitely agree with the advice to drive there in the light first time, but once we did the first drive we were confident. Great stay, thanks so much!

The Honey Bear Lodge is an absolutely beautiful place to stay. The mountain is gorgeous, the grounds are well kept, and the cabin itself is perfect. Laine was also very responsive when it came to responding to any questions we had. We loved staying at the Honey Bear Lodge and will 100% visit again.

We enjoyed our time so much at Laine’s cabin! It was absolutely beautiful!! The kitchen was gorgeous and very well equipped! Comfy bed and furniture! We also enjoyed the hot tub and the pool table! It takes a little while to get up there from the town but it was well worth it!

She is an amazing host, very caring and comprehensive person, the views are spectacular, very well and detailed instructions on how to get to the cabin. I will definitely recommend!!!!!
