房间非常整洁干净，离香街很近，楼下餐厅也很多，50米处有星巴克，地段也很安安全

我只是想如实告诉各位我的经历，房子非常棒，干净、设施齐全。相对于位置，价格也非常合理。从预定到入住完全没有任何问题，沟通很顺利，客服非常专业。 但是，我必须扣分，是因为在我们尚未退房，并且在外面散步的时候，就有清洁人员在未通知我们的情况下就进入房间进行清扫。 我们遵守规则，在10点50分回到公寓取我们的行李（包括电脑，护照等物品）并准备退房。因为协议中写着11点退房。但你打开门那一刻，看到有人在清扫房间，而我们的行李还放着，有些箱子还打开着。那一刻我真的心里非常不舒服。没有人通知我们。我们在11点准时离开。房子非常好，但这件事情，让我们很失望。 我们对这个房子没有任何抱怨，干净、设施齐全、非常新。但是，未经我们允许，在退房前就有清洁人员来清扫房间，这个很不好。

The Lander is a great place to stay with 4 people when you’re running the Paris marathon! We were impressed by the warm hospitality by Marie and Natasha who checked in various times. Their prompt communication made the entire experience seamless. The apartment was immaculately clean (and cleaned daily) and tastefully decorated (modern), providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. The Rituals products made the apartment smell nice. We had everything we needed. The location, 8th district, was fantastic, offering easy access to all the interesting places in Paris. A delicious bakery was just around the corner. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend The Lander to anyone looking for a nice and very central located apartment in Paris.

I cannot rave anymore about our stay in this AirBnB. Firstly, the Lander was amazing with communication and ensuring that all of our questions were answered. They’ve even set up our transportation for us whenever we needed it. They were accommodating with all of our requests and ensuring that we have everything we needed. As for the actual apartment, it was simply phenomenal. The location is terrific and is literally minutes to everything! It’s a block away from the Metro so it was very easy to get around. The apartment t was pristine and cleaned everyday with no added cost! It was so nice to come home to a clean apartment after a long day. I felt like I was at a luxury hotel every time! Our fridge was also stocked upon arrival and that was so pleasant. This is definitely the best airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! The lander definitely increased the bar and my expectations and experience with airbnb! I hope to come back to Paris again and I will certainly stay here again!
