Quiet and accessible. The location is ideal for Plab exam takers. Very close to shopping centre and Samson academy.

2 mins walking distance from samson academy, 5 mins from pendleton library. Tesco extra, Lidl, Aldi's are all within walking distance as well as salford city centre. If you are here for Plab 2 exam its a good accomodation to go for.

Best things about this place: -Within walking distance to Samson Academy, Salford Shopping Centre and Bus stop to Manchester city centre -Peaceful house and neighbourhood -Bide shower in the shared bathroom -Parking area for 2 cars -Rooms have a 4 number lock Certain things to keep in mind before booking: -There is no cleaner for the whole house! Guests clean after themselves and also empty the bins (so if you are a neat freak, you may need to sweep and mop before settling in). Despite that, the rooms and house is 7/10 clean. - Room: better suited for short individuals. Even then, I knocked my head a few times on the ceiling and under the bed but thankfully the host has installed some cushion foam. -Booking: copy of passport required before booking is confirmed. Pre-arrange time to meet host to collect key on check-in. My stay was overall alright. Although Mishal was not very open to negotiation, she is quick to respond to communication and gives clear rules on using the property.

Nice place for Samson academy students to stay, exactly as described by the host.Tesco store just next to the house, 4-5 mins walk to Samson academy and a number of Halal restaurants nearby at walking distance. For me, I had some issues getting down the bunk bed for the 1st 2 days but after it got used to it, and I personally adjust very well in small rooms. So overall I really enjoyed my stay and got some really good guests along with me, who were there for exams aswell.

Mishal it’s an amazing host, friendly and responsive. I found the Airbnb in good condition, it’s comfortable and has a great location. I recommend Mishal’s place.
