Staying at Brigid’s Crossing was an absolute delight! The house is incredibly stunning! The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated and not too cluttered. My mother, my son and I stayed in the Jack & Jill bedrooms, and our shared bathroom was nice and cleaned with plenty of provided linens and soaps. Right outside our rooms were yummy snacks and coffee/tea for our convenience, which my son LOVED to help himself to! Madeleine was super proactive and excellent with communicating. We felt right at home in her house. The cherry on top for me was the detailed Halloween decorations! I personally appreciated them very much. I highly recommend Brigid’s Crossing to anyone and everyone for a lovely experience!

The house is pretty great - historic home with neat decorations and furniture. Beds were very comfortable. It's on its way to being a fantastic place to stay once the place is fully fixed up. The hosts were unavailable for check-in, so a friend was at the house doing check in and watching the dog. When we entered the room, it was apparent that the ceiling in Bedroom #2 (smaller bed) had been leaking for hours after raining all day. We informed the friend, who was able to message the host to find a bowl to catch the water and an extra towel. The leak continued all night, and we eventually used the plastic garbage can to catch water. The host later messaged me to remind me when checkout was, but never asked about or acknowledged the leak. Thankfully the leak wasn't over a bed or on any wall outlets, but did the host know that? There were also some cobwebs and dead spiders (real, not Halloween decorations) on the wall/ceiling over the shower. Hopefully those got cleaned out.
