Amazing villa, perfect for our family of 6, 2 kids, parents and grandparents. Niki and Thanos were very accommodating, assisting with reservations, providing recommendations and allowing flexibility with check in and out. The villa was beautiful and very clean. Cleaning service was provided every other day. The location was perfect for us as it was walking distance to the beach and multiple excellent crags. I will definitely stay again if it isn’t already booked out!!

Nikn and Thanos are the very kindest of host. They went above and beyond to help us. The accommodations are beautiful luxurious and spotless. The kitchen is very well equipped and would be perfect for those who want to prepare gourmet meals. The view of the bay from the deck is magnificent. The pictures of the accommodations if anything understate how wonderful they are. If there were six or seven stars they would deserve them. Duncan and Michele

This place is heaven on earth. Close to great crags and great restaurants. The beach is a quick walk and an escape from the heat of the day. Beds were comfy, sheets were soft, and the outside dining area was lovely. I would live here if possible!

The villa was amazing and it’s clear how much care the hosts have put into all the details. From the breathtaking views to the cozy bedrooms and amazing infinity pool.. it was all just perfect. We can’t wait to come again, it was the highlight of our stay on the island!!

Gorgeous place!!!! A destination in itself, this house was the best Airbnb we stayed in and we have been in quite a few. The view of the Arginonta bay is breathtaking, with the sea in the most pretty shades of blue by the magnificent mountain. The home is beautifully designed and with great attention to detail. It has a main house with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, both with access to the pool, and a separate guest house with its own kitchen and bathroom. We were six adults and we thoroughly enjoyed this place. The kitchen is well stocked with every tool you need to cook and modern appliances, including an upscale Nespresso machine to make cappuccino. I absolutely loved the beautifully hand painted majolica dishes! There are three areas to dine: the kitchen, the balcony and in the patio connecting both houses. We used the three depending on the weather situation. The dry gardens are so pretty, with rosemary and mint plants that we used for cooking and mojitos. There is also an outdoor propane grill and a firewood pizza oven. We used them both to cook delicious meals. There is an excellent supermarket 15 min by car and smaller convenience stores in Massouri, a seaside town about 10 minutes from the house, with restaurants and stores by the beach. There is also a man with a truck that comes by every day at the end of the afternoon to sell fresh fruits, vegetables, eggs and local herbs. The house has a friendly and smiley cleaning team that refreshes towels and sheets periodically. Everything is absolutely spotless. Super clean! The beds and sheets are amazing and the toiletries provided are excellent. The house has a washer/dryer machine and outdoor place to dry the laundry. My children took rock climbing lessons in the mountain just behind the house and I could see them from the house. The place was built and is run by a very friendly and attentive family. Thanos gave us the recommendation for the rock climbing instructor, as well as several other recommendations for restaurants, beaches and services around the island. We followed his advice and enjoyed very much the island. Kalymnos is a beautiful place, and Petra boutique houses are the best place to have a relaxing vacation surrounded by the beauty of nature and the elegant taste and genuine hospitality of Niki and her family. The beauty of the place and hospitality were way beyond our expectations, with an array of food and drinks available at our arrival and the most lovely team of people ready to help us having a dream vacation. The beach is within short walking distance. We had a very nice meal at Theo, an outdoor restaurant where the owner cooks meats on firewood. The best place to swim is in front the house: Thanos showed us the most lovely swimming spot in the rocks. We enjoyed the infinity pool and the amazing view every day. Every single detail in every room and outdoor space was well thought with elegance, taste, comfort, hospitality and generosity. In mind. This is one of a kind place that exceeded all our expectations. We will certainly come back! Life does not get any better that at Petra boutique homes in Arginonta!
