Wesley's place was good value for the price, so I am happy overall. Both bedrooms and bathroom were clean. Location is great because it is so close to the beach and centrally located overall. With that said, I have some notes- 1. Sofa is awful, needs to be replaced. I found myself unable to find somewhere comfortable in the apartment, had to lay on the bed most of the time to chill 2. Outdoor was completely dirty and even stained my shirt, need to clean that balcony 3. Add an extension cord, easy fix. Literally no where to charge a laptop and phone. 4. BEWARE of the construction on the street right outside. Extremely loud all night, light sleepers will not survive. I think they are supposed to finish construction late 2025
