Cherrywood is a rustic, cozy one-room cabin with a porch that overlooks meadows, gardens and Post Pond-a spring and stream fed lake perfect for swimming, boating and fishing. One of our 21 cabins on 115 acres at Loch Lyme Lodge. Enjoy delicious breakfasts (included), afternoon ice cream cones, clay tennis courts, for kids our Playwood cabin (ping pong, foosball, games and books). Guests return each year, many with multiple generations of family and friends. More cabin options at Loch Lyme Lodge Post Pond is a 115 acre “great” pond or lake. Loch Lyme Lodge has a long waterfront on the pond. Three of our rental cabins (of a total of 21 cabins) are directly on the pond while the others are a 2-6 minute walk from Post Pond. Children enjoy our sailing ship structure, climbing dome and swings as well as the adjacent cabin called "Playwood", which contains games, ping pond, foosball, books and comfy chairs. Breakfast and lunch are available as take out this year.
