Casey was amazing. The home and area are immaculate . The home matched everything in the listing. I would highly recommend for families wanting to get away.

Let me start off by saying this was one of the best Airbnb. We stayed at so far. I have to get props to Casey because she is an amazing host. She was so responsive and so helpful. There was some bad weather coming in and she even sent us a message early that morning to give us an update. So when we visited Casey’s Airbnb, it was like a winter Wonderland. It was beautiful,spotless& LUXURY!It looks exactly like the pictures. Next morning a lot of snow did fall in and that morning she had someone come and plow the driveway for us so we would be able to get out easily not only was her home near the main road and it was easy for us to get in and out of. Also, it was near a ski resort that you could ski at and near snowmobiles. Casey’s Airbnb was amazing. It was completely worth the money we spent to stay there and we had an amazing time. And again, I really wanna emphasize on how amazing Casey was as a host. I would highly recommend her home to anybody! We will be definitely booking again

Beautiful home with plenty of room and amenities for our family vacation. This was our first time staying in the Grand Lake area and it was a relaxing and fun family trip! Many local hiking trails and wildlife sightings in the national park and surrounding neighborhood.

The house was nice and a good size for all guests. Casey was very responsive and allowed us to get in early and check out a bit later. We must not have noticed the cameras being listed in the original post. Having a doorbell camera is understandable but I, along with other guests felt it was odd and made us uncomfortable to have the camera plugged in on the private patio. We unplugged it and this hosts reached out. Her husband was very direct about plugging it in or out stay would be cancelled. They said it’s for liability reasons but having a camera on your back patio facing the hot tub was a new one for me. Her husband could have been more professional about it. There is a noise ordinance per the HOA so you are not allowed to be outside after 9 and to not use the hot tub after that. Not the hosts fault but we should have noticed before booking. Overall it was a great stay and place for our group and Casey was great and respectful.

We loved our five days here and would come back in a heartbeat. As frequent Airbnb renters this was one of the best places we’ve rented. The place was spotless, the kitchen was well equipped, soooo many games and things to do with our six adults and three-year-old. Lots of seating to watch tv in two different locations, and close to everything in Grand Lake.
