The indoor space includes: - a cute and compact 875 square foot, 2 bedroom home (both rooms each have a double bed) with one bathroom - a galley kitchen with dishwasher, all the cooking and dining supplies needed for 4 people and the essentials (salt, pepper, keurig and coffee, oil) - washer and dryer in the kitchen - living room/dining room open concept with a pull out couch for extra guests - wood stove and electric baseboard heating, window air conditioner for summer The outdoor space includes: - full lakefront lawn area with fire pit, picnic table, chairs - gas bar-b-que on the roadside porch - an adult and child kayak and a paddle boat for 4 people - parking in the driveway with extra space across the road for additional cars - in the summertime, a dock where you can tie your boat (boat launch is 7 minutes from the cottage in Carleton Place)
