Laurence place lived up to our high expectations, also based on transparency from Laurence on the place. For us this was a most perfect get-away place, far from the city and close to nature. We truly enjoyed the simplicity yet everything needed available. The privacy and beautiful views is great, and also the closeness to many great hiking spots in NY and PA. The wood-fire-stove as well as the fire pit outside was a high pleasure for me and my son, for both cooking and for relaxation. I would highly recommend this place for anyone that wants to get out of the city to experience a couple of days in a great cabin. Thank you, Laurence.

Stayed at Lawrence’s last year and although the weather wasn’t ideal it’s always nice to be there. Such a beautiful region of NY. Lawrence is the best host. Messages you to make sure everything is good and if you need anything. He honestly wants you to enjoy his place. As long as I’m welcome, I’ll keep coming back!

I was looking for a place to stay within a short distance of the Corning Museum of Glass. My grandchildren were coming from 3 directions to help me celebrate my birthday, and "Blow Glass" at the museum. When I found Lawrence's cabin in the country, I decided it would be perfect. The location was great, just a 30 minute drive, but away from the busy city. The camp is very rustic, with lots of trees to climb, a pond to boat in, a fire pit for s'mores, lots of places to hike and a "camp kitchen" where we could prepare our meals.The Amish stove was adequate to keep us warm these cold spring nights. We did not use the shower, and we had all the hot warer we needed to wash our dishes and clean up. Aside from cooking our meals we used paper products. Lawrence has every thing labled, and a book with instructions on how to use eveything at the camp. It was a great weekend and a wonderful place to spend quality time with friends and family!

Beautiful set up the cabin was a great getaway I will be back during the summer it’s a amazing piece of land loved it highly recommend
